Sanjog Gopal showed his professionalism when he advise me not add few dollars to the amount asked by the seller. When he realize my nervousness about not loosing the property to someone else as the seller delay a little bit responding to our offer, he re-assured me not to worry that we are the first to make offer and no one can put offer unless the seller change his/her mind not to sell again. at that time I relax a little bit, little bit agitated and finally calm. soon enough, the owner already signed acceptance but the seller's agent was the one put on edge for whatever reason known to him/her. Bottom line is that Sanjog is a CHAMPION in the real estate business. Although, this is my first business dealing with him but he proof to me that he has been in this business for a while.
